Coward's Legacy belt reads: You count as on Low Life while you are Cursed with Vulnerability
You are Cursed with Vulnerability Petrified blood reads: while above low life, skills will cost life as well as mana However I am still receiving this life cost with the Coward's Legacy Equipped. The new life mastery that increases the low life threshold to 55% allowed me to not have that cost while above 50% life, so I thought it would also apply here Last bumped on Apr 14, 2023, 11:13:52 AM

You are both low life and above low life, Coward's Legacy just gives low life status for some checks

Coward's Legacy says that you count as being on Low Life, but doesn't change anything else about how your life is viewed.
It does not change the threshold for being on Low Life like the mastery does. You can even be on Full Life and on Low Life at the same time. If Petrified Blood instead read "while not on Low Life", then it'd interact with Coward's Legacy as you expected. |

the mastery also says "You count as"... exact same wording as the belt
