Blight and Crucible bug

Blight will not finish because a blight monster is stuck inside of the crucible pillar. Monsters stuck in the crucible pillar can't be damaged or killed so the blight won't finish.

Mobs that somehow collide with the crucible challenge freeze and can no longer deal or take damage. If a blight portal spawns in the same spot as the Crucible all those mobs will be frozen and the blight cannot be completed.

Blight boss is stuck inside crucible pillar, it does attack but cannot be targeted. Blight encounter cannot be completed.

I think I had something very similar happen, but with blight on its own, where a new tower may have spawned on a monster who then became frozen and unkillable.
