Disconnected: Failed To Connect To Instance

After a fairly long break, I tried to play the new "Crucible" league.
Unfortunately, every time I try to change an area I get the following error message:

Disconnected: Failed To Connect To Instance

When I try to enter the area "The Ledge" I always get this message. Therefore I can't continue playing.

I have already tried the following:
-Updated drivers
-selected various servers
-reinstall the game (steam)
-installed stand alone (also has massive problems connecting to the servers)
-cleared the cache and deleted all additional folders
-disabled Windows firewall, virus scanner etc.
-disabled the firewall on my router (FritzBox)
-ISP contacted (supposedly everything ok)

I play on a PC with Windows 10 plus activated firewall and virus scanner (all Windows none external).
My router is a FRITZ!Box 6591. Internet provider "Vodafone (GER)".

I'm running out of ideas, possibly someone else has an idea.

try using a VPN solution.
I got the exact same problem. Every other instance change, I get disconnected due to failed instance.
Tried every reply for this problem from earlier years.
Thanks for the tip to try it via VPN. Unfortunately, this was not the solution for me. Finally, the problem was my virus program. Deactivating the program was unfortunately not the solution. The problem was solved after I completely uninstalled the program.
