The Annihilating Light is LESS resistances not REDUCED

I have 201 lightning res
With The Annihilating Light equiped (61% reduced resistances) i have 78
This is LESS not REDUCED
This is not how more/less or reduced/increased works in poe
Change text of the item or fix the bug.

Reduce resistance is not a -#% to resistance.

Reduce resistance by 70% and not -70% to all elemental resistance.

It just the wording the way and wording that can make it sometime feel confusing but there no bug.

If there was another source of reduced or increase % resistance then it would stack with this one, meanwhile more or less won't and applied after.

Unless you have some source of increased elemental resistance there is zero difference between "reduced" and "less"
