Anoint passive node Vengeant Cascade not working on frost blade

Vengeant Cascade works on all arrow skill and some melee skill: lightning strike & wild strike (selected cold), all projectile can be returned. But the projectiles fired by frost blade return only the projectiles hit an object (wall/stone/...) in the map, otherwise they would not return back to the character.
