Brutal hideout not unlocking

Today, I went to a hideout found by another player in the Tower map (Brutal hideout), talked to Helena, got the unlock/clear conversation. Yet the hideout did not unlock for me.
Is there a way to fix this? Other times I went to hideouts like this, the unlocks worked.
