Crucible "More cast speed" mod doesn't apply to arcanist brand activation

The crucible mod "x% more Cast Speed / y% less Global Damage" can spawn on wands.
Arcanist Brand activation frequency is supposed to be affected by cast speed. However, my arcanist brand's activation frequency is unchanged by the mod. Last bumped on Apr 11, 2023, 2:55:57 AM
