Divine Vessel Bug

I am trying to get the Divine Vessel upgrade for 100% chance to avoid being frozen by capturing Captain Tanner Lightfoot from the Frozen Cabins map. I think I have already captured him but did not consume the vessel. I am trying to run it again but it says I have already captured that boss. I have searched all of my stash tabs and inventories and it does not appear in any of them. Is there some workaround to redo the capture of the boss or undo it?

edit: Frozen Cabins unlocks "Avoid projectiles that have chained". Coral Ruins is the one for Freeze immunity
