Game Crashing Entering Mines/mine encampment

Game hard crashes without error every time Azurite Mines or Mine Encampment are entered, have completed all acts, a map, temple, and heist without error.

Verified files through STEAM, deleted local app cache and document cache, no fix

PC specs:

I7 - 4GHz
32 GB RAM
NVIDIA 1060 6GB

same issue for me, the game is crashing after entering to the town.
my steps:

1) entering to the game (steam)
2) login successfully
3) loading screen successfully
4) 1 or 2 seconds after entering to the town the game is crashing

Same problem. Game crashes every time I try enter Mines in Crucible leage. Trying other character on Standart - delve is working fine! In Crucible problem repeats.
