Nessa gems not level 1

Thats not like u said. i kill kitava made a quest and still cannot buy any gems from lily . thats so annoying. any ideas??

Gems cannot be purchased from vendors.

The Fixture of Fate and Death to Purity quests each award you a token that can be traded to Siosa for any Skill Gem other than ones specifically excluded.

With the 'exception' of getting gems from Siosa via quest rewards, gems cannot be purchased from Vendors, including Lilly Roth.

Ruthless mode adds heavy downsides to a player's experience: less and worse item dropped, no movement skills except for the one that drops Hillock and so on.

Among those handicaps, you can no longer buy gems from vendors - you have to hope to get your gem from raw drops. OR, you can do Siosa and Lily's mission at Act3 and Act6 respectively to get a token with which you can trade ONE skill gem
