Nessa gems not level 1

when buying gems from Nessa they are not level 1 in act1, but up to my level.

Level 1 gems can be purchased from Siosa in Act 3, or from Lilly Roth in Act 6/your hideout/etc.
Gems from other vendors always come with some degree of experience depending on your level. |

You need Siosa in Act 3 or Lily Roth in Act 6 |

unfortunatly i am lvl48 in act5 and Siosa dont have immortal call gem

I don't know what's the problem: just kill kitava, do lily's quest in act 6 and there you go: every buyable gem at lvl 1 for sale!
if you reached act 5 without immo call, then you'll make it to act 6 as well. |
