2 orange equipted pieces disappeared after server disconnect

Hi POE Bug team,

I'm a new player (40 ish total hours). Yesterday I was playing and building a Scion Crucible character. I have found 4 orange items, two of which I could use. The first usable one was a necklace and equip for about an hour when the server disconnected and I had to wait in a queue for about 30 minutes. When I logged back on, I was in a safe zone so I decided to sell what was in my bag. When I opened up my character inventory, the necklace was just gone. I was frustrated but thought maybe I messed something up or that orange items are on a time limit (weird but ok).

Then I found an orange belt and wore it for about 60 minutes when the server started lagging so I ported back to a safe zone and went to sell. Again, when I opened up my inventory the orange belt was just gone. This is really weird and frustrating and think there is some sort of bug related to orange items and interacting with NPCs that sell/buy items because I checked my stash and both the orange items I stored there where still there.

Anyway, this really sucks and otherwise for a pretty amazing playing experience, it is 1 of 2 negative game experiences I have experienced. The other being not having the ability to freely respec the passive tree, especially considering how crazy expansive it is. That really should be fixed and should be free to respec without finding several hundred orbs of regret to do so.
