New Evasion/ES Mastery / 20% Maximum ES when both rings have Evasion Bug

The new mastery Evasion/Energy Shield Mastery (20% Maximum ES when both rings have Evasion) is bugged.
After switching zones you lose the 20% maximum bonus and have to unequip then re-equip your rings to gain the 20%ES bonus. Last bumped on Apr 13, 2023, 11:30:01 AM

Just tried again with the newest patch in which a few other mastery bugs were fix, but this one is still happening.
After switching zones you lose the 20% maximum bonus and have to unequip then re-equip your rings to gain the 20%ES bonus. |

Doesn't even work for me at all. I have + flat evasion rating on both rings and it doesn't do anything.
