Allow Kirac's free vault pass for private leagues.

Maybe I'm ignorant to an obvious issue with allowing the players of private leagues to have the free rewards from the vault pass, but for the life of me I cant think of any real reason that isn't solved by making the rewards from the free vault pass account bound.

It feels weird to me that the only players that pay to play the free to play game, don't get the free rewards.

Now I know that the items don't add up to being worth a whole lot, but the principal is the same, and in a GSF private league the scouting reports and breachstone end up being useful to the whole league.

I bought the premium vault pass because I thought it was cool that GGG was adding a free route and I wanted to support that, in hopes that they continue doing it, but if you want to exclude a group from getting the free rewards then it feels scummy.

I seriously wish that I hadn't payed for it now knowing that I wouldn't get the free rewards.

Hopefully GGG goes back on this and corrects it, but if this continues I will never buy a vault pass again, maybe anything from GGG again.

Agreed - as someone who's played in a private league exclusively the last 3 or 4 leagues I'm baffled as to why it was intentionally disabled for us. We've paid money to have our own small community and now we've got people leaving because they're ineligible to receive the free rewards.

Hopefully just an oversight amidst the numerous changes they had to wedge in :P
