Vaal Caustic arrow + Arrow nova support

Hi,

there are 2 issues:

1) Vaal caustic arrow + arrow nova suport does not fire the projoectile in the air (it's just straight like arrow nova support is not used)
2) Vaal caustic arrow is not using the cloud microtransaction, instead it's just green
