Impending doom doesn't proc on first cast

Hello,

I am leveling an Impending Doom Occultist, currently level 63.

I already have Vixen's gloves setup which should trigger the 3 socketed curses in it when I'm casting Temporal Chains.

The maximum limit for curses is 3 and this should trigger all four curses, however on the first cast of Temporal Chains, Doom Blast never triggers. It just applies the curses and then it triggers after the second cast, which is not the desired behavior.

What exactly influences this? What do I need to change to make Doom Blast trigger on the first cast, please?

I've googled this a lot but found no specific answers. Few people mentioned this could be related to cooldown recovery or curse gem skill levels, but how and which one exactly, please?

Playing the same build. I found using spell cascade in both Vixen's and in main impending doom setup fixed the issue for me.

Sry...Didn't realize I had x4 curses. I thought taking the +1 curse asendacy was important.

hi i was playing impending doom sup occulist my skill is not trigger, but 2-3 days ago my skill is trigger i dont have any problem, how can i solve ? im playing with guide on maxroll so i have use spell cascade.
