Tornado shot + arrow nova does not honor tornado shot's, or arrow nova's text

tornado shot says, "Fires a piercing shot which travels until it reaches the targeted location. It will then fire projectiles out in all directions from that point.

Arrow nova says, "Supports bow attack skills that fire arrows forward as projectiles. These skills will instead fire a payload into the air to land at a targeted location."

It seems very odd that they're both referring to a targeted location, but that it does not work at all as expected.

What actually happens is that the arrow lands at the targeted location, and then arrows fire out in all directions from that location. Those arrows travel an arbitrary distance (~1/2 a screen) and then fire projectiles in all directions.

Read one more sentence from Arrow Nova's effect:

"

Supports bow attack skills that fire arrows forwards as projectiles. These skills will instead fire a payload arrow into the air to land at a targeted location. The supported skills' arrows will then fire out in a circle from where it lands.

The payload arrow lands at the targetted location, and then the Tornado Shot projectiles are shot in a circle from where the payload arrow landed. The "targetted location" for Tornado Shot is not decided by where you targetted for the Arrow Nova, but by the Arrow Nova's effect.
