Runtime error

Any update/Fix? I have this too. Anyone getting help/find a solution?

Update:

Seems like i've managed to fix it, launched game with sound for 2 days in a row.

The issue, in my case, seems to be with the Realtek sound device and bluetooth headphones. If i launch the game when the sound is set to Realtek audio device, and there are no headphones connected, the game will crash. If i connect the bluetooth headphones, manually switch the audio device to them (so from realtek -> sony in my case), then launch the game it works.

Other stuff i did in the meantime:
- Deleted PoE once again, and deleted every folder/file on system that had any connection to path of exile
- Reinstalled Realted sound drives, and did troubleshooting
- Fiddled with audio devices.

It was the audio drivers! Thank you it's fixed for good now!
