6th Kirac's Vault can't be claimed

The 6th Free Kirac's Vault reward, for having 57 atlas completion, does not have a chest inside of the vault. Restarting and changing server does not cause the chest to appear. Helpfully, the Paid chest always appears, which I can't claim.
Every time I make a new instance and walk over it opens the vault as if there would be something inside to claim. Because I can't claim the Free chest, I'm stuck with this notification that won't go away. I'm in a private league if that would change anything, but all of the other Free vault rewards worked fine. I'm having this same problem but with the 3rd tier. there's no chest to click in my case but it still says i have yet to claim it.

Okay, I don't know why that's the case. Regardless, could you please remove the notification I have then? Since you decided I can't claim it, I literally cannot remove this notification. I don't want to play the entire league with a literally useless notification.

I keep getting a notification to collect the 2nd free reward but I can't.
I'm not in a private league and haven't bought the pass. How do i collect this one please?  |
