Microtransaction missing from my account

I played Poe since 2017, when i last played in 2017 i already bought microtransaction. I bought armour, wings, stash, etc.
But when i installed again yesterday (08/04/2023) all of my microtransaction is vanish. I'm here just to clarify is it because i haven't played almost 5 years that my microtransaction is deleted or because what reason? and if there is an issue please fix it and kindly return my microtransaction.
