An option to reroll maxed trees

Hello there.

Besides how boring is to fight overtuned mobs, I think we should be able to reroll already maxed trees in every weapon. Finding a good rare is not easy and when you do, the tree could ruin it. The thing is, with the posibility of rerolling the same item, you also don't have to search desperately items on the ground or go back to town to buy a new one... and you cannot interact with the league mechanic if you don't have the required item.

This is for story mode, in maps should take longer to reach nodes but... I still think we won't change equipment so often, in maps.

When you're at a crucible forge in an area, you can use a scour on a node to unallocate it.
