trigger bots + prismatic burst

Prismatic burst is not triggering from the trigger bot's locations. Is this intended? Had planned it for my league start because is seemed like it should work.

Same thing here and I am pretty sure prismatic burst is not triggering twice either.

The animation plays twice which you can see by the color vs. when you don't have trigger bots, but it doesn't seem to do any damage. The 35% less damage is still applying to the skill as well. Would be nice to get a response on this interaction.

Trying Triggerbots with Prismatic Burst aswell and it seems as others have pointed out already that it triggers twice but the second trigger doesnt seem to deal damage.

Posted a similar report an hour after you. Wrote on a thread on Reddit as well. Hoping GGG gives us an official response soon. It would be very odd that this wouldn’t be something that works as others have tried to assert for x, y, z reasons….Had to overhaul my build for something that seemed intuitive enough.

Super frustrating. I figured these were meant to go together, and they don't work together at all. Really would like a fix considering this seems like THE trigger skill to utilize.

yeh i tried to league start this as well. it didn't even seem like the trigger was coming from the bots when i had it set up. it was a real shame i was looking forward to this interaction. i changed my ascendancy to trickster because the triggerbots just played so bad.

From descriprions here, Poewiki and on Reddit, it seems like the PB spell is cast from the bots location, targetting the enemy hit by the supported skill. Since that is the enemy that caused the trigger, seems consistent that PB with bots targets that enemy twice simultaneously (once from each bot). Does not explain lack of damage on the second trigger though. Other than that I doubt PB and bot behaviour is bugged, although I agree that PB on bots or bots targetting separate enemies would be more fun.

Eg: i would expect shock nova + spellslinger + triggerbots to cast on bots, but cold snap + spellslinger + triggerbots to behave like PB + bots. Have not tested this though.
