Vendor recipe does not work on weapons with Crucible tree

Hey,
I tried doing %inc phys dmg recipe on my 2h magic axe with rare rustic sash. The weapon had tree discovered and one point allocated. The recipe did not work.

Tried the same but with no-tree weapon and I was able to get the inc phys dmg
