GeforceNow is not launching POE

Someone in the launch thread tells us NVIDIA claims the issue is your end.

Had I known in advance the game would be unavailable on their service, there was the possibility to download the game and play. Now my disappointment is immeasurable and, as the meme has it, launch is ruined.

Is this being investigated at all?

EDIT: See also the ruthless race for Exilecon VIP tickets. I understand some servers were in poor shape and might merit an RTH HC SSF reset. Not having game access at all seems to fall into that category too.
