Will Crucible Trees and their experience carry over when you do a vendor recipe with a weapon?

Thinking I could maybe level white items, then do the Rustic Sash recipe if the tree is any good.
Hoping for a GGG answer of course, but in the meantime does anyone know any precedent that might help us guess the answer? Last bumped on Apr 6, 2023, 9:16:19 AM
