3.21 Ensnaring Arrow Question

Hi smart people,
Ensnaring arrow https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Ensnaring_Arrow says each snare applies a movement speed debuff that can stack three times. How does stack? Is it additive (i.e uniques have 75% less movement speed) or multiplicative (i.e. uniques have 58% less movement speed)? Is there a minimum monster move speed that will be a floor for this? If I also maim and chill I assume these are all going to be multiplicative slows? Thanks exiles. Why I want to know: I'm thinking about using the new manaforged arrows support (frenzy, ensnaring arrow, PCoC). I know it's not good with pierce / fork / chain. It should be multiplicative.

You didn't ask, but just want to warn others that Ensnaring won't work with Sniper's Mark's split.
