I have an old one (300%). If i use a divine, get the new roll (700%)?

You're confusing Starforge with Voidforge.

Divine orb:
With >99% safety you get values in the range you see with using ALT key. If a mod has value range 0 it will "disappear" (or become inactive?). Look at wiki if you have one of the <1% cases with a different behavior. (I haven't looked for u!) Though if it is the text from the patch notes posted above this does not help and it does not look "special" in any way. And u should see exactly these new values with using ALT. Usualy you don't get new mods at a unique means mods your version doesn't have. Exception: GGG had exchanged the mod completely, but u would have the new mod before using the divine. For Voidforge they did indeed set the Increased Physical mod to a 0 value for legacy items, so a Divine would render it inert and hide it. The 300% Physical as Extra would be upgraded to 700% though.

Thx for answer. I stopped play in ritual, or delirium(dont remember) and came back, and see that divine orb is the mother of the currency is pretty insane.
