Precise Technique

Does conditionnal accuracy like "50% increased accuracy rating at close range" from accuracy mastery works to trigger the precise technique keystone?

As accuracy in tooltip doesn't change, I don't think it works, but can somebody confirms ??

The tooltip doesn't take into account conditionals like this. As far as I know, this mastery will allow PT to work.

It should work. And according to updated PoB, it does. In-game tooltips aren't aren't very reliable for much of anything. There's way too much stuff that it doesn't take into account, especially when it comes to conditional things or how one thing might interact with another.

I don't know how Precise Technique works exactly, but I'm inclined to believe that it compares max life with global character accuracy rather than with individual (against each target) accuracy. In this case the mastery wouldn't contribute to the accuracy calculation for Precise Technique.

And it seems that it can't be tested easily, at least nothing comes in mind other than killing the same boss with and without the mastery many times with recording and then comparing damage of hits by pixel hunting the life bar.

When you're close to a mob, the accuracy value in your character sheet changes? Because that's "your accuracy" at that time.
