Krangle League 2.0?

After looking at the Crucible page and possible weapon skill trees, I notice a bunch of positive and negative modifiers on many of the passives. I fear it's going to be scourge all over again. I think I need some copium.

i cant wait to krangle 500 unique weapons just to get 1 or 2 back thats actually good for my build
thats how it was with scourge and recombinators from sentinel. i never got anything useful and just gave up after a while. |
