Oni-Goroshi item levels

For Crucible in relation to higher item/area levels for better passives you can find on a weapon, as was mentioned in the interview, I was wondering about the item level of Oni-Goroshi. In trade I can see some are ilvl 1 but others are ilvl 80. Which one is the one that drops from uber hillock and which one is from the div card "Rebirth"?

Uber Hillock drops ilvl 1 Oni-Goroshi. I assume the Rebirth card gives ilvl 80 even though it doesn't specify, if you only saw ilvl 1 and 80 (I haven't checked myself, except for that my sword is ilvl 1 that I farmed myself).

I did a search in Standard Trade, and there are only items with ilvl 1 and ilvl 80, so Crazylike is right i think.
(The two swords with ilvl in the 40's came from twilight strand A6, where some could also find Uber Hillock, caused by a bug).

I was just a little confused because I thought uber Hillock drop would be ilvl 3 (area lvl + 2 for being from unique monster) making any drop item level 3.

Thanks for checking your farmed one, so for what I wanna do I probably just gonna buy the div cards and make my second build with it^^
