It is not necessary a lie. It is just a matter of perspective. The best 6 masteries for what? Maybe for diversity, meta shake up, fresh wind...

My bestie once had an office manager, a notorious tightwad.

He worked in a cubicle farm, a long room with 30 or so call centre grunts along the wall, and only 20 chairs. Some of the chairs had armrests, others didn't. It became a daily hassle trying to get one of the better chairs; arrive early, wheedle or intimidate your neighbour, hide chairs at end of shift, and so forth.

In response to complaints about the scarcity of ergonomic chairs (and the friction caused by said scarcity), this office manager sent a man round to the call centre, where he removed the armrests from all the existing chairs that had them.

This patch's balance philosophy takes verbatim from that office manager's playbook. If analytics show that people utilize a lot of something, and are at the same time unhappy about it, take it away. That'll show them.
