Kirac missions not refreshing

both white and yellow missions are at 0 for over 12+ hours.
completed 3+ of both white and yellow maps and still the number of missions is at 0.
double checked mission completion after several hours, no additional missions still at 0.

any help would be fantastic.

3+ is ridiculously small sample. You don't get one every map. There's only a chance for one each map completion.

so over 24+ hours its supposed to sit there at 0 missions and 12 or 15 total white and yellow missions so far it sits and says "complete at least one non-unique white-tier/yellow-tier map to unlock these missions"

never did this before whats going on with it now?

EDIT: oh and i have gotten multiple kirac missions as rewards from completed missions without them ever showing up.

What do you mean exactly when you say kirac missions are not refreshing? There's a chance you get a Kirac mission whenever you complete a map, it's not guaranteed. And if you don't play, you will get no missions.

This, if you don't login, the daily count does not refresh.

i play 3ish hours a night, multiple maps of all levels. multiple of those maps do i get a kirac mission and the white and yellow maps never show up in the selection.

To get white map missions, you have to run white maps. Same with yellow and red maps. I'm having a little bit of trouble understanding you, but if you are already running white maps and not getting any missions, then you are either not running enough, or I don't know what's going on.

Idk how dead this is but I'm having the same thing going on. I've done 20+ yellow maps, magic and rare both and I haven't gotten any more yellow maps from Kirac, and his white/red maps have not refreshed in more than a week.

What am I missing?

Are you playing in Ruthless? Ruthless doesn't grant daily missions.
