Betrayal encounters no longer activate [3.20.2c]

The patch that just launched breaks the betrayal mechanic (at least when activated through sextants). The structures are spawned in the map but the encounters never trigger and the NPCs never spawn.

Nope, they are all "in progress" and should spawn.

Does not work from Mastermind missions either. 4 consecutive in a row.

Confirming having the same issue. No safehouses are ready to run (other than mastermind) and assets for fortification/research spawn in maps, but none are able to be interacting with, cannot start any of the betrayal mechanics, and intervention does not spawn at all.

forced sindicate, sindicate loads specifics object from sindicate(fortification etc) but persons from sidicate dont spawn(aisling etc). u dont have the sindicate quest words top right
Can confirm.
I've run 3 maps now, I have transportation safehouse ready run so am still eligible for Fortification, Research and Interventionn. I'm seeing the fortress and research lab appear in my maps.
I can enter the lab but only normal mobs populating it. I cannot damage the fortress gates, nor am attacked by any syndicate members while close to it.
Same, can't get Jun missions to work.
