Bug, Izaro in merciless lab did not drop unique with darkshrine active that said he would

Hi,

I killed Izaro in the merciless lab today with three darkshrines active (No traps for Izaro, acceleration, and the one which makes Izaro drops an additional unique item). When he died he did not drop a unique item. I had killed Argus earlier in the run and opened all the silver doors etc.

Was running merciless lab on my lvl 78 ranger using an elemental hit build with two combat focus gems to only deal fire damage.

I’m using a six link bow and had elemental damage support, barrage, hypothermia, inspiration, and fire penetration supporting my elemental hit. I also use snipers mark, skitterbots, grace, and a flame golem. I’m dealing approximately 1.5 million pob dps on normal level mobs so he died pretty fast (5-10 seconds).

A unique did drop from one of the chest in the next room but every other time I’ve had the darkshrine active where izaro drops an additional unique it has come directly from him.
