Any way to "move" MTX or anything from PC account to Xbox account?

I just recently had to make some life changes which included no longer having a gaming PC, thus no PoE on PC. But I have an Xbox and was happy to see the I can still play there. However it seems as though I'm unable to link my pc account and xbox account. I'm not worried about the characters themselves being playable on both but I would love to have the MTX I purchased on the PC version available. Is there anything that can be done to move or share any of the account perks between the two?
