wand mastery: Wand attacks fire an additional projectile

Is anyone else having problems with this?? Wand attacks do not have an extra projectile.
I tried with fireball, ball lightning, and different wands. single projectile only. any help would be great!! thanks... Last bumped on Mar 19, 2023, 9:20:31 PM

"'Fireball' and 'Ball Lightning' are spells and do not benefit from that wand mastery. Try normal attack or 'Kinetic Blast' or 'Frenzy' (etc). No wonder it's lost, it's in the middle of the jungle!

it's all spells. you need an attack to proc this passive. i saw a build with elemental hit on youtube. you can try it
