the server is diablo 3 from https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/000027780 Ping statistics for 24.105.30.129: Packets: Sent = 9886, Received = 9880, Lost = 6 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 59ms, Maximum = 135ms, Average = 63ms Ran updated WinMTR to the same server and I'm still seeing packet loss of 17% after changing the settings I thought would have an impact.
