Shop loading icon just keeps going in circles in game

So when i open the shop menu in-game all the tabs open except the one where it says buy coins, few days ago it was fine but since yesterday when i click on buy points the page keeps saying its loading but never does. Any help?

wow you replied fast, and yes I have sent an email... but I can't play the game further without increasing the tab limit. Any possibility that this process can be expedited further?
