Hexblast and Curse on hit.

Hi, I'm playing Hexblast mines and I think I found a bug.

The item Dreadarc, applies "curse enemies with flammability on hit". With my mines it works no issues.

The item Mark of Submission, applies any "curse enemies with socketed Hex on hit", I socketed the hex in the ring (tried Frostbite and Elemental Weakness). It does NOT work.

It doesn't have to do with curse Limit cause I have 2 curses I can apply and I even tried with just the ring.
