Ruthless with gold: no option to sell in premium stash for gold: a bug or intention?

The league manifesto stated it as "what if" there is gold in POE rather then crafting currency for trading.

However players cannot trade for gold easily.
You can set manually to sell all items in tab by naming tab e.g. "~b/o 5000 gold" but this is unobvious to many players, so we see so few trading for gold.

Still no way to individually price items in premium stash.

I simply cannot understand what is the point of not allowing players to choose the currency.

I have expected quite the opposite: Players are prohibited to sell anything for other currency but gold - that would be logical regarding this league manifesto/announcement.

But to my surprise you cannot trade for gold. What's the point? I am so disappointed by that. Instead there are lots of 0.5 orb of alchemy prices (LOL, there are no alchemy shards, so how do you suppose to trade for 0.5 orbs of alchemy? What a mess with economy this league!)

gold is not a permanent currency, its part of this event and that's it.

Than the whole event loses it's primary idea: gold as universal trade currency

I think they just forgot they should put the "gold coin" option. Since gold is not a perma item in this game, they did not put it as an option at the beginning (I guess?). Which is weird considering GGG want to encourage player to use gold as a common currency in this event.

However, you may list your item with "~b/o xxx gold" note it will be shown in trade as gold price. I just figure it out very recently.

there is nothing to fix, adding gold to the list on premium tabs would only add confusion outside of the event. special tabs don't get league(or in this case... event) specific options.
