Same as title, sudden spikes to 4k+ ping. From what I can gather I have a problem with a couple nodes on the network from my IP, except for one. How do I make it so traffic only goes through the good one?

if possible, then change the settings in your router/modem so it doesn't drop ICMP packets because this can make the WinMTR report incomplete -->

It isn't real packet loss and neither is the 2 nodes showing 96%

However you are being route via the TWELVE99 net and that have had lots of trouble in regards to traffic to GGG's hosting provider. Try using a VPN solution or change PoE gateway.

Just posting here that recently I also have massive (not as massive as OP but still) (connection type) lag during certain times. I have tried in the past other server locations but all of the nearby ones suffer the same problem, to which degree differs.
One thing that I am curious about is: I have seen that in quite a few leagues. And the weird thing is that apparently it never happens at league start. Which also means I am not so sure that GGG cant do anything (easy) about it.

(And using VPN has been suggested as the only working solution that I am aware of.)

Have the same problem, EU gateways are super laggy (Frankfurt, Paris, London, etc.). I have constant lag spikes from 22ms to 100+, 200+, or even way higher, game is super choppy and unplayable.

Funny think is, US gateways seems be completly fine. I tryied Washington gateway and game is super stable and smooth as butter, but obv. ping in my case about 107 so the delay is annoying.

I hope GGG will somehow fix these EU gateways and stop pretending that its players fault and their ISP, routers and other bullshit. I can play any other online game and i have absolutely no problems with connection, ping, latency etc.
