Guild-Member settings

Hello GGG and the lovely Community.
Im asking here if its possible, to have some kind of Settings for the Member Like, officer can Color or Rewrite Stashtabs and Put the Ranking of WHO can Take what from Guild-Stash, or a new Member for Co-Leader wich grand nearly Same rights like the Leader.

Im asking because some people from my guild playing races or fun leagues on the end of ea Season and If im Not available there is no Chance for changing Settings for the Guild Stash wich is very very ver important.

its been asked for a few times, its a good idea.. It needs to be defaulted to (OFF) if added to avoid any shenanigans tho.
