kosis is a DPS check. you need to kill him fast before he can do damage

Maybe your Molten Shell was on cooldown. From poedb, Kosis does all sorts of damage including chaos and elemental. If MS is on cooldown, you have less defense against him than a 3k life ranger that has spell suppression, since she defends as though she has 6k life against any spell.

Simulacrum bosses are painful if you are on wave 28-30 and they roll with resistance mod against your damage type. These mods roll quite high, such as 'monsters have 78% additional fire resistance'. If you play a build that doesn't have enormous resist penetration (aka not omni) you will have a bad time.
Last league i played RF at quite decent investment level and was able to pass simulacrums 30 without dying but kosis with fire resistance mod was yikes. I just started a new simulacrum if this shit rolled on w29-30 because that would take 5+ minutes to kill. RF isn't a stellar bosser. |

" there are ways to lower enemies resists first, inquis laughs in this mod second, curses have been souped up so if you use two curses, ele weakness+your element curse (frostbite/flamm/conductivity)+ pen is still solid. or just grab anathema if you use power charges |
