8% using EB is not really that meta.....it is really off meta in this league in HC.....which no one really care defensive layer in SC

Back to the question. Just try harder on learning "damage conversion" such as from Hrimsorrow and the real "damage taken as " items.....

In SC it's a lot higher. 13% using the keystone, 10% using Devouring Diadem, plus who knows how many are using it from relics (Lycia's Invocation of Eldritch Battery).

The thing is EB allows you to run an extra-aura with Divine Blessing.
