Awakened Gems

Hi,

Not sure if this is mentioned somewhere (I did have a quick look around), but something seems very off with this league and the dropping of Awakened gems.

I have noticed the drop rate for awakened gems have dropped significantly. The other day I did 16 sirius back to back and not 1 single awakened gem dropped. Also I have farmed around 80 mavens to get 20 awakened gems, which are only 3 different types. Added fire dmg, lightning and burning damege. Is it a bug that 90% of the time these gems drop and at this low rate?

Also saw in patch notes that map guardians have a small chance to drop an awakened gem.. I have completed over 1000 maps and not a single one has dropped?

Not sure if some Dev tuned it down too much or if it's a bug, but it is making SSF insanely difficult.

Also corrupted 9x Enlightened gems and all of them bricked. (I do accept 9 is not much so bad RNG is most likely the answer, but I have never had this issue before)

Any confirmation of drop rate nerfs would be appreciated.

You won't get confirmation. They never give that out.

For your 1000+ maps, were they all Maven witnessed? Because they can only drop awakened gems when Maven witnessed. I've gotten a couple this way.

As for your corrupting, I failed 36 gems before giving up in a single league before.
