Reduce mobs chaos resistances...

Can't do Simulacrum properly, while a year ago I was able to get at least to stage 25, now it's pretty much impossible.

And no, it's not a defense issue, 4.4k life, 76% all res (chaos included), 75% spell dodge, 95% chance to evade, 96% chance to avoid elemental ailments. But in order to get this much defense, a lot of damage had to be sacrificed, and currently Chaos Damage it's just bad, unless you spend a lot of currency, way too much imo... Even with stuff like %reduced chaos resistance and Despair...
