Regenerate 2% of Life per second """ON Chilled Ground" Note this says while ""ON"" chilled ground NOT ""while affected"" by chilled ground. So with Arctic Armor dropping chilled ground if I double back I am in fact "ON" chilled ground despite not being effected by it. However the Regenerate 2% of Life per second """ON Chilled Ground"" is NOT being activated!!!!!!! Please advise...... Last bumped on Feb 24, 2023, 11:00:48 PM
