prismatic skin anoint isn't working with the eternal damnation amulet

I have a eternal damnation amulet anointed with prismatic skin, but it is not working at all. Both body armour and amulet are corrupted with all maximum resistances. Last bumped on Feb 24, 2023, 9:24:42 AM

It looks like it's right in the range of your Fortress Covenant, and being converted to "Minions take 20% increased damage".
