Why do cluster notables stack?

This seems illogical to me. Sanctum is my second league and I never even realized it until now when I actually went in depth looking at someone's build. Why is it designed that way? It seems bad for build diversity and for trade as certain combinations get botted and corrupted.

It costs a lot to invest in multiple cluster setups.

because, to please the Chinese whales, NOTHING in the game can be obtained simply, so they nerfed the base tree as far as they could and put that into grinding things. So the difference in your progress is not knowing how to play well, it's simply having enough time to grind a lot for broken items, or pay for them (pay wall/p2w)

Cause they simply add more build diversity into the game. Your character has the options to pick up things that are far out of reach from your starting position and it can be used to boost your offensive and defensive in different ways. It let's you customize your character further more but you are also fine without them. Not picking them up means you waste potential power on your character, but clusters are not required to achieve anything in this game. It's just a nice QoL to add a little bit extra to your character along with saving some passive points which you might use to achieve the same just in a different way.

I always have a laugh at posts like this a few days after gauntlet, where people prove that there is actually a lot that u can achieve in just a few days in the hardest environment ever 😂 but keep your tinfoil-hat up.
