It is irritating to hear the sound that plays when a frenzy, power, or endurance charge dissipates

Other people have already raised this issue, and there are posts on both Reddit and the PoE forums from five years ago discussing it.

Why isn't there an option in the audio settings to disable the sounds for frenzy, power, and endurance charges without having to mute all sound effects? Alternatively, could there be an item like the Stygian Crystalline Charges that doesn't produce any sound?

I'm personally experiencing headaches from the sound effects while using Ralakesh's Impatience Boots.
